What is this retreat about……
“What if the question is not why am I so infrequently the person I really want to be, but why do I so infrequently want to be the person I really am?”
Oriah Mountain Dreamer
You are invited to embark on an experiential journey of self-discovery during this retreat in beautiful Chester, Connecticut. This retreat is designed to bring you closer to your personal vision of yourself through an exploration of parts that block and parts that support that vision. As we work together, we will discover the essence of who we truly are; and let go of preconceived beliefs/burdens around who we should be.
We will spend five amazing days together in a gorgeous setting blanketed in Self energy. Through a variety of creative experiences, you will open your heart and create a pathway to your true Self. We will seek to access parts and Self energy through open heartedness rather than cognition.
This retreat is designed to accomplish this by accessing parts through our various senses, with the purpose of creating a self to part connection, releasing parts from constraining beliefs and burdens and bringing participants to a place that is harmonious with one’s true purpose.
