What will this retreat be about…..
Embracing Polarizations: A Path toward Inner and Outer Healing

At its core, the Internal Family Systems Model is a relational model and provides a framework for working with polarizations within and between people. It is impossible to work with any given part of ourselves without also working with other parts.
IFS provides both a framework to better understand how systems become polarized, and an effective means of healing divides.
On this retreat, participants will have opportunities to work with polarizations existing within their internal system and polarizations with others.
Through various exercises (such as mapping our parts, sculpting each other’s systems, doing demos, etc.), participants will gain insights into how their internal conflicts may contribute to external conflicts and polarizations in their relationships.
Further, we will bring more clarity to how we respond to the polarizations we witness and experience in the broader culture.
