What is this retreat about?

This 5-Day Residential Retreat invites you to expand your experience and understanding of parts work into a deeper exploration of energy, spirituality, and inner transformation.

Drawing upon decades of personal practice, study, and teaching, Kay has woven together the approaches that have most enriched, inspired, and enlivened her own journey into a unique and experiential retreat.

Throughout our time together, we will explore a range of wisdom traditions and frameworks—including the chakras, the enneagram, the dakinis, the sacred marriage, the marriage within, shadow work, survival strategies, and more. These systems are not presented as concepts to master, but as pathways to greater awareness—helping us awaken not only to who we truly are, but also to how our patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies operate energetically within us.

Together, we will explore the relationship between Self energy and our parts as living energetic systems. We will discover how spiritual practices can cultivate greater access to Self, deepen presence, and support healing. Through intention, curiosity, and the wisdom of the IFS model, participants will learn ways to work more deeply with their own internal world while also expanding their capacity to support healing and transformation in others.

This retreat offers a rare opportunity to bridge psychological understanding with spiritual insight, creating a richer, more embodied experience of wholeness. Participants will leave with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and a deeply resourced way of approaching both their personal lives and professional practice.

What the participants from our previous retreats had to say

The retreat with Kay was truly a gift. Kay and Souliology created such a beautiful space to explore, create, gain clarity, and be in community while honoring our selves, our ancestors, and the full depth of our emotions. I met such lovely people, who I am sure I'll continue to be in touch with. Thank you!

-Laura D

I miss everyone involved already. Thank you so much for such a special experience!

Laughter, grief, curiosity, magic, exploration, divine witnessing, ancestral communion, new learning, healing, surprise, connection, and delicious food. This retreat exceeded my expectations, my only complaint is we couldn't stay together longer.

Jordan, USA

My time at this retreat was one of the best weeks of my life. It was the perfect combination of travel, relaxation, learning, and healing. You can tell when an organization is run straight from the heart and Souliology is from the heart, and for the soul.

Donia from Denver

The retreat was well organized from all aspects. I felt very cared for and safe! The retreat with Kay was so powerful and deep. Thank you so much Ciara and your team for all that you do!

What to expect from this retreat:

This retreat is a highly experiential retreat where Kay will use guided meditations to show you how to bring in your guides, introduce a few key shamanic techniques, discuss how to work with ancestors, do powerful sculpts, and have opportunities for authentic movement.

By exploring deeply our energy and how our patterns run in these systems, we can begin to break the energetic patterns that bind us, allowing us to know and come home to ourselves again and again.

During this experiential retreat participants will:

  • Have an opportunity to work in an intimate setting with a group and one on one to explore energy work.

  • Learn about morphic fields as they relate to you and your energetic patterns.

  • Witness a live sculpt by Kay.

  • Explore and discover your own energetic patterns.

  • Have a group experience of working with your energetic patterns.

  • Have an opportunity to work with your own spirituality.

  • Have an experience of working with the energy in your body.

  • Learn how to energetically fill the vacuum left after an unburdening.

Please be advised that this is not a formal training and is not intended as a training on how to guide this work for other people. This is strictly a retreat for your personal growth and well-being.

The retreat is limited to 30 participants and a solid understanding of IFS, gained through training, reading or your own IFS therapy is a pre-requisite for being accepted onto this retreat.
