February 19 & 20, 2027

PAUSE for Self-Leadership Everyday: A 2-Day Online Workshop with Joanna Curry-Sartori, the founder of this model.
February 19th & 20th, 2027
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION....
As a therapist, coach, or caregiver, you spend your days supporting meaningful self-discovery and growth in others. But how do you care for yourself while caring for those you serve? How do you sustain your own well-being, attune to your inner needs, and stay grounded amid the demands of daily work and responsibility? And how do you help your clients deepen and sustain their healing between sessions?
Join us to explore PAUSE for Self-Leadership, a five-step model inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS), designed to help us tend to our own inner experience while engaging with others and navigating everyday stressors.
PAUSE offers a practical framework for acknowledging and attending to our inner system of parts, reconnecting with Self-Leadership, and responding to ourselves and others with greater clarity, compassion, and effectiveness. It translates the profound wisdom of the IFS model into an accessible, everyday practice—both in and beyond the therapeutic space.
Come together in community with fellow therapists, coaches, and caregivers to care for yourself while caring for one another as we PAUSE. Discover a simple, practical, and transformative process that helps you truly walk the talk, deepen resilience, and unlock your power to led from SELF as you care for and inspire others to do the same
THIS WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO ALL THERAPISTS, COACHES, CAREGIVERS, AND LEADERS REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE PRIOR IFS EXPERIENCE.

WHY TAKE THIS ONLINE WORKSHOP...
As Therapists, Coaches, Caregivers, or Leaders, we often focus on others but struggle to notice and attend to our own needs and reactions in our busy days of service.
We can all benefit from IFS inspired tools for self-care, to build self awareness and
attend to our own parts, as they are caring for others. Self-care for us is an ethical imperative to both show up as our best self and also to mitigate misuse and abuse of power in the role.
Additionally, your clients can benefit from a tool to support their understanding,
integration and practice of IFS practices in their everyday lives as parts arise.
WHAT WILL I LEARN....
Participants will leave being able to articulate how they show up when they are their authentic Self and identify their pathways back to Self while working.
-
Recognize and share the parts that commonly arise in their role and in response to daily stressors.
-
Learn and experience an intuitive and accessible IFS-informed process to attend to their own parts in real time (an additional process that is embedded in PAUSE).
-
Understand the elements and essence of PAUSE as a simple, IFS-inspired model to attune to ourselves, interact with others and choose action while holding awareness of Self and parts.
-
Consider the relevance and application of PAUSE for their own everyday well-being and explore their personalized approach to sustain wellbeing amidst daily responsibilities.
-
Discover how to simply and effectively share PAUSE with clients as a self-care tool.

Leave with motivating intentions and a practical plan to increase Self-care practices aimed at personal and professional transformation.

A Final Word....
We spend so much of our lives caring for others, responding, supporting, holding, and helping. In the midst of it all, it can be easy to lose connection with ourselves—to override our own needs, move too quickly past our inner experience, or forget that tending to ourselves is not separate from the work… it IS the work.
PAUSE for Self-Leadership offers a simple yet profound pathway back to yourself. Inspired by the wisdom of IFS, Joanna Curry Sartori’s 5-step model invites us to slow down, acknowledge our inner team of parts, and reconnect with the grounded clarity of Self so we can meet life, relationships, and the demands of caregiving with greater intention and care.
This is not just another workshop. It is an invitation to walk the talk—to care for yourself as deeply as you care for others, while discovering a practical and transformative process to sustain healing, deepen connection, and lead from Self in everyday life.
